Serbia U19s recorded a convincing 10-30 victory over fledgling Montenegro in a match played in Igalo as parrt of the Montenegro Active Tourism and Business Festival.
Serbia imposed its tempo from the opening whistle and scored in the very first minute through Strahinja Milanković, with Danilo Gavrilović successfully adding the conversion.
In the 15th minute, Jakov Dojčinović crossed for Serbia’s next try, and Milanković added the conversion. Just two minutes later, in the 17th minute, Danilo Gavrilović scored another try.
Serbia continued its efficient attacking play, with Filip Punoš scoring in the 26th minute. Milanković again converted successfully. Before halftime, Mateja Stojković also got on the scoresheet, giving Serbia a commanding lead.
The visitors maintained their momentum after the break, with Danilo Todorović scoring another try in the opening minute of the second half to further extend Serbia’s advantage.
Montenegro responded with two tries of their own. Matvej Striga and Luka Šimunović each scored four points, while Todor Nikčević successfully converted one of the tries, bringing the home side’s total to ten points.
